You never can find all the materials that you need for the test in just one text book.
For instance, Longman’s readings are too easy; however, it has some writing and grammer points that are very helpful; Kaplan’s readings are similar to those in TOEFL test; Delta’s reading is easy;however, overall is a very weel organized book to follow; moreover, its listening is similar to TOEFL; but, its writing and some of its speakings are way hard.
4. The second lesson is:
TOEFL is just a TEST, meaning that you should give it a credit as much as it’s worth.

Despite all of your efforts, you may not win; in other words, you may not receive a fair score or the score you need. Keep in mind that you should continue. No matter what happened, do not give up. Giving up is your biggest enemy.
2. So, I’m trying to share my experiences as a non-English speaker who wants to be a PhD student here in Canada. What I have gone through when I was trying to get a good score on TOEFL and GRE. I’m here to share my fears, my tears, my happiness, may sadness, and my ideas. These are the tips that might help you to see these exams as a road that you should pass to reach your goals, and enjoy this journey.
